It's essential for our Catholic schools to find the right person to be their leaders; our students, families, and staffs need and deserve principals who will be strong in their commitment to advancing what is true, good, and beautiful in all aspects of effective Catholic education.

Mission Driven Catholic is here to help. Our core goal is to revitalize schools to become centers of evangelization for students and their families. When we perform leadership searches, we have three main objectives:

• To create an understanding of the importance of the role of principal in advancing the mission of the school
• To recruit and hire a principal who will be able to advance the unique charism of the school and its extension of the evangelizing mission of the Church
• To create a culture of support within the school community to assist a new principal in advancing the school culture in a way that is immersed in the Catholic faith

Our leadership search process generally occurs in two stages, with support throughout all aspects of the process.

Stage one includes:

• Meetings in-person and virtually with leadership, including a site visit, to understand the unique characteristics of the school and ensure that the process is aligned to the school's mission and needs
• Data gathering to identify school leadership priorities and challenges, often including listening sessions, SWOT analyses, and distributing a survey
• Development of resources, including communications to the community regarding the process and a prospectus or job description to market the position locally and nationally

Stage two includes:

• Assisting in developing search protocols and interview questions
• Publicizing the position and screening candidates
• Conducting the first round of interviews remotely and the second round in person
• Assisting the search committee in making a recommendation for the final hire to the Pastor or School Board

Our leadership search process is comprehensive since our goal isn't to find anyone who can do the job, but to find the best person. We make sure that the leadership team, search committee, and community are all well-informed and have a clear understanding of the needs of the school and the role of the principal in light of the unique characteristics of the school. All candidates are vetted thoroughly for being excellent fits to lead the school, appreciating the value of a Catholic education, and understanding their role as a witness to the evangelizing mission of the Church. The search committee will be provided with the tools necessary to make a well-informed recommendation.

In addition to finding candidates, we also provide the school community with data that can be used to support a new principal in their role and address the needs of the school community. Everyone will gain a broader understanding of the culture and mission of the school as well as how to engage families in the Catholic faith.

Since Mission Driven Catholic is a nonprofit apostolate, our prices for Catholic schools and dioceses reflect our desire to further the evangelizing mission of the Church by making our services affordable and accessible. Our leadership searches typically cost:

• $12,000 for elementary schools
• $24,000 for high schools
