Dan is a Catholic educator with over twenty years’ experience who has committed himself to researching and advancing Catholic education throughout the country. He has served in Catholic education as a teacher, principal, superintendent, and national advocate, having earned his Ph.D. from Catholic University of America. Dan lives in Steubenville, Ohio, with his wife Megan and nine children.

She continued to see the world, first in the Navy herself, later in marrying an Army officer, and then in serving as a Human Resources (HR) officer in the Navy Reserve. Kathy has been with the LitCon Group, LLC since 2006 and is their HR Director. She lives in Tyler, Texas, and enjoys travel, taming her garden, and spending time with her seven children and growing brood of grandchildren.

He is a native of southern California but moved to greater Cincinnati 35 years ago to take a job in brand marketing at Procter & Gamble. Mike grew up as the oldest of eight kids in what was then commonly called "a mid-size Catholic family." The product of 16 years of Catholic school education, as a child Mike thought there were only two religions: Catholic and public. He is the father of three boys and a fan of all things Notre Dame, his alma mater.
